I’m a people-first Engineering Manager with 20+ years in software.

I am currently looking for a full-time Engineering Manager position where I can lead teams long-term and grow with the organization.

I started as a frontend engineer and moved into leadership roles where I could multiply impact instead of just shipping features myself.

Most recently I worked as Developer Experience Manager at Shareforce, scaling engineering from 4 to 15 developers and reducing onboarding time by ~40%.

I’ve led distributed teams across Europe, Africa, and Asia, aligning product and engineering around predictable delivery and quality.
